Laura L.C. Johnson, MBA, MA, LMFT, offers therapy for anxiety and stress at work and work-related issues.  My San Jose therapy office on Saratoga Avenue is centrally located to serve the Silicon Valley including San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara, CA.

I help professionals in the fast-paced Silicon Valley deal with the emotional effects of a stressful work environment. I have a unique background as a therapist with an MBA and hands-on management experience in the corporate world. Before making a career transition to a therapist, I got my MBA from Columbia Business School and worked for many years in management positions in the Silicon Valley and the East Coast. This has given me an insider's view into how a demanding work environment affects a high-achieving person's emotional and physical health. As a result, I have a special focus on anxiety disorders, stress management and related emotional issues for business professionals and their families.
